O.A.R. Sarasota Concert reviews
Collective Soul... good as always.
At House of Blues Boston, O.A.R. was the highlight. The reason we went was for them. Everything great about the show was because of them. I expected them to come out at 9:00, not 10:15, but who knows whose fault that is. Safety Suit was okay, Blackstone Cherry were great, but they played a bit long. We wanted our O.A.R. When O.A.R. finally took the stage, they played a fantastic mix of classic hits and new songs.
If you're heading to the HOB, make sure to wear comfy shoes. Standing for four hours on solid concrete can be painful. Also, be ready for obnoxious fans. We stood near the front of the crowd for 2-3 hours, only to have a group of obnoxious people cut in front of us, taking a million pictures of themselves. We eventually moved to the back, not wanting to risk getting kicked out due to fighting.
